You can book all your classes/courses through Team Up. Once you have registered and answered a few simple health questions you can go to the ‘schedule’ and click on the class you want to attend. The system will prompt you for all our payment options for that particular class. Once paid the system will reserve your space. The class limits are visible for each class on offer. We do have waitlists for some of the classes in case of any cancellations.

Please note do we have a strict 24 hr cancellation policy due to us being a small studio with limited space. The system automatically deducts your session should you late cancel. Please remember to cancel a session at your earliest opportunity if you know you can’t attend. This also gives others the chance to book if they are on the waitlist.

The Team Up system is also where you can access our On Demand section should you purchase the Mat Membership with us. This is a catalogue of classes which can be accessed at any time in case you can’t make a live class or you want to do extra each week! Please speak to us about this if you want more details.
