Jo is a fully qualified Holistic massage therapist & Skincare specialist. She also has her own vegan skincare brand 'Not So Balmy', which she makes by hand.

She brings White Star Therapies to North Star Pilates.

Her treatments include Deep Tissue, Fascia release, Swedish, Holistic, Hotstone, Aromatherapy, Pregancy and Indian Head Massage. She also offers various facials and fascial facelifts.
